This search page will help you find free adult classes in
New York State. You can also learn about organizations where you can
volunteer as a literacy tutor. There are over 30 kinds of adult
education services, including:
Adult basic education in reading, writing, and math
Classes to prepare for the GED test (high school equivalency)
English classes for speakers of other languages
Computer skills and job training classes
You can search for the kind of class that you need.
You can also enter your borough or county,
and the times of day you can go to class. Then you'll get a list of all
the classes that meet your needs. The list includes addresses and phone numbers
for each program.

4. Select the county or boroughs where you can attend classes, and click on the Search button.
You will see a list of the adult education programs that suit your needs.
Click on an individual program to see information about the services it offers,
